These are, in my opinion, the essential books about Connie. The book by Allen is a superb reflection of Connie's life, the book by Soister develops the outstanding film career of Connie, and the German book Lebensbilder is a remarkable high quality album, full of photos of Connie, from his films and his personal life. I highly recommend the book From Caligari to Casablanca. It's superb.
