Thanks so much for posting these, monica. I was thinking to myself early last week what a shame it was that for all the pictures I had ever seen of Connie, I had never seen any of Lilli. I was thinking it would be nice to know what she looked like in the event I were ever to write any Conni fan fic. I would be nice to have an accurate picture in my head as I imagine various scenes I might put her in. Now my unspoken prayers have been answered thanks to you! It would seem Connie is still watching out for his fans even from the afterlife. I love your little watermark of "MonicaClassique" Where did you find these pictures? I would love to see if I could get more. Thanks!

There is one thing I keep saying I am going to put down and then I never do.
I know these photos are from decades ago and the quality is not the same as any today but it is amazing how much Lilli looks like a choir director my church had about five years ago.
I mean, if there was a way to put the two women side by side, I don't think you could say they were twins but if you wanted to put forth that they were perhaps sisters or cousins, I think you could get people to believe it.
OK,there! I finally got the point in! Whew! ;D

I am glad you liked the photos. "Monique classique" is my nickname. That's what the MC means. The first photo comes from an article that I have about Connie and his wife at home (I've uploaded the article on my website, and you will be able to read it next Saturday, when I am opening the website). The second photo comes from an archive - that is why it has a specific watermark. And the third photo is a scan that I made from the book Conrad Veidt On Screen, by Soister.

Here are new photos of Connie and Lilli. They are all from the Conrad Veidt yahoo group, so I don't take credit for none of them. Attachments:
