I am fascinated with Connie's photos from The Last Performance. This one shows how perfect he would have been if he had played the role of Dracula. Bela Lugosi imitated Connie, but no one was as talented as Connie. He was born to be a great actor, and he deserves better recognition. Attachments:

What is the Last Performance? I probably should be more educated about these Connie related things but this one is new to me.

The Last Performance is the last silent film of Connie, and his last film in Hollywood for many years. His role in this film was considered a screen test for Dracula, but when the talkies came in, Connie (who didn't speak English), was afraid he would lose his carreer, so he left America and didn't return until the spring of 1940.
